ATHLETE OF THE MONTH
We are thrilled to announce Nate Davy as our Athlete of the Month for February! Currently playing for our Flash organization on the 10U Roger team, Nate has truly shown what hard work and dedication look like.
In February alone, he attended an impressive 35 classes! But it’s not just about this month; Nate has been consistently putting in the effort over the past few months, finishing as a close second for Athlete of the Month multiple times!
Nate also participates in our Infield Workouts twice a week, proving he’s got that "gym rat" mentality that sets him apart from the rest.
Keep pushing, Nate! We're so proud of your commitment and can’t wait to see where your hard work takes you!

ATHLETES OF THE MONTH
The hard work, dedication, and success of the NW Indiana GOATS, has truly set the bar for what it means to be a champion both on and off the field! This team has been training together for three years, and their commitment is clearer than ever.
In January alone, the team participated in an impressive 150+ classes, demonstrating a level of consistency and focus that is rare to find. Their off-the-field training, including strength, agility, and tactical sessions, has directly translated into on-the-field success, with their recent victory at the 14U Snowman Slugfest in Peoria, IL in January 2025. Their performance there was nothing short of spectacular, showcasing the results of their tireless efforts and team cohesion (not to mention great coaching).
One of the most remarkable aspects of this team is their incredible retention. In the fast-paced world of travel sports, where turnover is often the norm, the Core players of this team have remained intact since 2020. This continuity has fostered an unmatched bond, both as teammates and friends, contributing to their ability to push each other to new heights.
The GOAT team’s journey is a testament to the power of dedication, teamwork, and perseverance. Their success is not just measured by trophies but by the strong foundation they’ve built together—one that will continue to fuel their future victories.

ATHLETE OF THE MONTH
Very seldom do athletes outwork this young lady! Camryn has been putting in the work day in and day out, and it shows. From early mornings in the cages, pitching lanes, and lessons to hitting the grind with at least 29 classes in December—she’s truly committed to her growth.
Cam has the intangibles that make her stand out: hard work, determination, and a relentless drive. She knows how to get after it—putting in extra work before hours and staying late after practice to continue honing her skills.
Big shoutout to her dad, who is always right there by her side, supporting her every step of the way.
A proud Griffith student, Indiana Magic Gold softball star, and a prime example of what it means to outwork the competition. Keep shining, Cam!

ATHLETE OF THE MONTH
We are thrilled to announce Matt Mielcarek as the Athletic Performance Factory Athlete of the Month for November!
Matt’s positive energy and infectious smile light up our facility every day. He crushed it in November, attending 21 classes across strength, speed/agility, and sand training.
Over the past two years with our Flash Baseball organization, Matt has shown unmatched dedication, consistently putting in the work during both classes and catching lessons. The results speak for themselves — his growth as an athlete is incredible!
Keep up the fantastic work, Matt! We’re all proud of the effort and passion you bring to every session. Your hard work is truly inspiring!

Moira showed up to our facility several years ago with an immense amount of talent, never resting on just that. She works tirelessly in classes, before and after practice, signs up for camps, and trains harder each and every day.
It’s an honor to host these athletes under our roof and a privilege to watch them achieve their dreams.
